• Yet another unsatisfying trip there last night around 9:30pm. Bins open and strewn about on the floor near the counter, customers food waiting on the side getting cold whilst they're waiting for chips. Cant they eat their chicks whilst its hot and you bring the fries over to them? Waiting ages to be served as there was next to nobody serving and they were preoccupied by catching up on drive thru orders anyway. The chicken is lovely however it seems to be a common theme with poor customer service and often puts me off going there.

• Went through the drive-thru to get a few box meals and got told to wait in the car park which us fair enough however the reason we were waiting us because they had no chicken... Gods honest truth! No real apologies for the absurd wait so decided to go elsewhere! Each tine Ive been in, the staff always seem like they're on another planet. Not the best!

• Called in to your fast food drive through today to get my grandson a childs meal I was told to wait in car park as meal not ready and it would be brought out a young man brought it outside of bag covered in grease I asked to swop it very slowly he took back and put bag in to another bag no apology so much for your fast food !

• Seems a common theme. Wrong food when I got home. Even asked the girl at the drive thru about my order and they still got it wrong. Hopless puts it mildly. Incompetent describes them better. Head office needs to get a grip!!! Shambles

• 67% of customers with a rating of 1. Probably more like 0. Surely if Management care they would look at the poor reports and take corrective action ?

• Once again wrong food when I got home. This time they got it wrong twice, then asked me to drive back from Warrington. NO EXCUSE for sloppy service. 3rd time in 2 weeks, seriously needs looking at. Cant enter 0 rating

• This kfc branch in widnes is by far the most impressive fast food establishment I have ever had the pleasure of dining at. The staff are always friendly and polite despite the amount of abuse that they recieve from customers which they do not have to put up with, yet they still do. I would recommend this branch to anybody and everybody.

• Utter disgrace, KFC head office seriously need to check this branch out! I was missing 2 pieces of chicken and a bottle of pepsi today, and it's not the first time I have been missing food from here. I called 4 times tonight and no answer....again, an utter disgrace. I will be calling at the branch tomorrow though......they are not getting away with this and I want the name of the area manager.....someone's head is on the chopping block.

• people that work here are so dumb, they always get the order wrong and are the slowest people ive ever seen in my life! food is always missing when you get home, AVOID

• we picked up tonight here and the food was awful ,chicken mostly coating fries foul .gravy was mising despite asking specifically if it was there .Without a doubt we will not eat from kfc for a long long time

• We have just taken a order home and it was short of one portion of chips paid extra to go large this was a joke and to top it all the beans were missing . Called number on receipt no one picks up
