• How anyone can give a one star review for this surgery is unbelievable. I've been going to this surgery for fifteen years I've always got appointments on the days I asked for they all go out of their way to be helpful and the doctors are superb one of them I owe my life too I can only assume the one star reviewer was as ignorant as their review people get treated how they treat others. One of the best practises in the UK.

• the reception staff are so poorly trained, they think they run the place and talk to you like dirt. when you make a complaint the office manager is not interested and defends the receptionists to the hilt.
