• Have really given this pub a chance. Several visits later I am not planning on going again. Service slow. Not enough staff on, or at least those that are are not organised enough to cope with the number of customers. We ordered drinks which didn't come, reordered and then both sets were both on the bill. Vege burger was served as a pile of crumbs on a bun. We overheard a customer being offered plaice goujons because plaice wasn't available but customer wasn't forewarned of this. Have been twice myself when someone has been told that what they had ordered is not available. Average wait for food seems to be an hour and a half. They can't cope when there is a big table in in another part of the pub. Feel sorry for the serving staff.
