• Visited this venue on July 27th 2013 . The atmosphere was great and the food was excellent in Quality, Quantity and Value for money with plenty of choice, EXCELLENT

• First time visitor at lunchtime today. Our neighbours recommended a visit and we were very pleased. Normal pub fare, fish and chips, lasagne, pie, sausages and mash. ....All homemade. Hubby had homemade lasagne, which was truly excellent(and the litmus test for any restaurant) and I had chicken stuffed with cream cheese and leeks with a white wine cream sauce which was delicious and the best chips ever. Only thing that would have improved it was free range chicken and meat. Can't wait to go back!

• Had a pub meal on 18 Jan 2010. Pub recommended locally with a growing reputation - even on a wintery Tuesday lunchtime it was surprisingly busy. Excellent food at reasonable prices, friendly service.

• Called for a pub lunch on New Year's eve. Friendly and helpful staff. Just what we wanted. Hope to call again!
