Recently under new management, offering women incredible value and a fresh approach to fitness with no men or weights Based in Hinckley, Ladies First offers the latest in high-tech Fitness equipment for use with a team of dedicated and trained instructors on hand to assist with any problems and more importantly help you achieve your goals. The club is designed for women who want fast results in a friendly atmosphere! If you want to rapidly lose inches and tone up then this is the club for you. No men or free weights just simple to use equipment in an effective easy to follow routine.Ladies First uses the ‘Exten’ range of kinetic resistance machines instead of standard weights machines you may find in other gyms across Leicestershire. The ‘Exten’ range of equipment features touch screen technology, giving information calculating performance results for future reference, there is also a collection of ‘Life fitness’ cardio-vascular equipment featuring treadmills, cross trainers, exercise bikes and rowing machines. Members have the chance to conduct an express 30-minute workout if they are pressed for time or take advantage of the full range of gym equipment for a more in depth training session.Working closely with members to discuss required goals and targets, staff conduct an in depth induction taking full body measurements and accompanying new members on the first, second and third visits. Every eight weeks consultations are arranged to analyse performance results and carry out another set of body measurement to show progress.After a session in the gym, members have the chance to enjoy a spot of indulgence with two trained therapists who rare on-hand to perform a range of beauty treatments, holistic massages, manicures and pedicures, or why not unwind in the relaxation area with a range of hot and cold refreshments and healthy option snacks. Focusing on the smaller details of your stay all of the toilet areas feature quality hand soaps and lotions and in the Changing areas there is a vanity area there are hairdryers and straighteners. "
