• I was very disappointed in Colette, she never responded to e-mails or voicemails and her phone calls would go through to her assistant first so we would rarely get any contact. That being said, her assistant Ellie was knowledgable, up to speed on our case and very polite and professional. Where Colette lacked, Ellie certainly made up for it and managed to keep us updated and reassure us through the stressful process.

• Awful unprofessional service. Not our first house purchase. Do NOT believe 5* reviews. They do not return calls or even faxed letters. Have a look at money saving expert forum for honest opinion. Reported to legal ombudsman! Reason why people hate solicitors. This firm adds to the stress of house buying. Would give zero stars if I could.

• Absolutely faultless, everything was dealt with very quickly and Temby Parker was brilliant answering every email in minutes. This made the process of buying a house very easy and stress free. Very competitive on prices; with no compromise on quality.

Very competitive on prices; with no compromise on quality. Don’t make the mistake of using a well-known company with quality in their title – they don’t know the meaning of the word!
