• Sadly, this post office is very poorly run. Numerous lost packages, false information and their passport service is awful. They messed my paperwork up, sent the wrong form and then not only refused to refund me but the manager was disgusting in her behaviour towards us. I'm pleased to say that head office however did apologise on her behalf and have agreed to issue a full refund and fix the numerous errors that they have made and said they would investigate but Launceston Post Office is so unprofessional and poorly managed that it is a disgrace to the reputation of other local post offices who are much more professional , friendly and reliable.
