• After ordering a pannini, which took forever to come, it tasted "off". It was literally inedible. When this was pointed out to the staff they refused to apologise and take any responsibility for the situation. After an evening and night in the bathroom with an extremely upset digestive system I will be reporting this incident to the environmental health officer. Terrible food, worse customer care and total lack of care - they only want your money!
