• Rented a property from Let Right from Sept 2013 through to June 2014. The boiler leaked from September through till February. I made weekly complaints throughout this period of time and nothing was done until I left public complaints on their Facebook page. The comments were deleted, however someone was sent out that day. After this the leak was fixed but we were left without heating for several weeks. The property was damp and mouldy the entire time. The staff were rude and as unhelpful as possible. Upon leaving the property we have been charged £45 as it was not 'satisfactorily cleaned' with extra charges on top for repainting one of the bedrooms. Charges amounted to almost £90 altogether. Finally after having been out of the property for almost a month, having called Let Right upwards of 15 times, and being told incorrect information every time I call, I have still not recieved the remainder of my deposit after being told I would have it by Friday 18th. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
