• Review is on behalf of my sister who was forced to have Leverhome conduct work in her property due to her rental agency - 3 days before Christmas and she had a flood in her lounge caused by a radiator - ruining her Christmas presents under the tree. Leverhome sent Ian and another young man who proceeded to repair the leak. They also smashed a picture of my sister and her granddaughter but instead of owning up to it they put the picture in her bin hoping she wouldn't notice. She noticed. When she confronted them they both denied knowledge of it and when she found it in her outside bin - they STILL denied knowledge. Making her already stressful day even more stressful. Absolute charlatans who are openly deceitful. If she had a choice, she'd never use them again.
