• This is what the company states on there website but I could not be further from the truth 'The Family Business That Works Hard To Sell Your Home'. I tried to arrange a viewing on a property I was interested in renting several times and they would only work around there times which was of no use to me due to my work commitments. I rang several times they said they would call me back and never bothered. When I tried to explain that they were very inflexible and unhelpful to me the manager would not let me get a word in edge ways and did not listen to what I had to say and was quite frankly very rude and lacked any kind of customer service. I was very interested on renting a property from them and it was impossible to arrange a viewing. I would not recommend renting from this company or renting your property as a landlord with this estate agents as they are of no help and are uninterested in anything you have to say. Absolutely useless.
