• Very disappointed when I visited Little Chef at North Muskham, Newark with my partner in September 2012. Our order was taken and then we were informed that some of the food was not available. Hot chocolate was served in a chipped mug which we returned. Rather than prepare another drink the waitress could be seen pouring the original one into a new mug before returning is to us. When we paid at the till we could clearly see a pile of rubbish that had been swept into a corner by the cookers. Hygeine and customer service are obviously not a high prioity there. Four weeks later my partner is still awaiting a response from Little Chef following the complaint he made about the service. Completely unimpressed with Little Chef!
