• This chip shop has gone down hill in quantity and quality as far as the standard fish supper goes. cant believe they can call it fish! What Fish! all it is is batter and poor at that. I would be better to cut half the chips out for better quality bit of fish. The owners are quite stand off ish on entering. Turn over off staff tells you something.

• I felt i had to comment on this chip shop. I used to go to this chip shop when the previous owner had it. Outdated and well worn.. But you know something ? The suppers tasted great! The little friar has been complacent for years. Disgusting chips and batter that sadly has lost its way ( as the recipe has also) I have complained a few times but have learned my lesson. Dont let the shiny exteriors fool you. Ran by people that simply dont care about anything but repetitive low cost fish etc its simply a disgrace .
