• I was asked to return for second half of my prescription two days later to find what appeared to be a young girl dispensing without supervision of qualified person. This is based on my assumption of watching a young girl who didn't appear to know what she was doing making my medicine after she was told to by the pharmacist. I quaestioned this and explained I wasn't happy. The pharmacist appeared indignant at my questioning and said she didn't like my tone and all her staff were qualified ??? Anyway, got home and second half of medicine is different from first. Gritty, different flavour, far too much sweetener, different colouring which I'm allergic to. So utterly rubbish is my verdict.

• Totally useless, can be the only person in the place and wait 30 minutes for a prescription.
