• this bank is a major bank in the city centre of manchester. so with 8 counters, why do they only ever have 2 cashires on at one time? disgraceful! the service is very poor. ques sometimes tails back to the door and the avarage waiting time is 20 mins to be seen. I have a cafe round the corner from this bank and i order change via fax. they asked me to do this as it helps the staff get it ready before i call in. but time after time the change is never ready. so sorry Mr Lloyds TSB I have moved from you to santander which is far better service than you currently provide.
