• Waste of money after sales girl giving me the run around , windows leaking since day one , failed to fix problem on several occasions ,

• A very unprofessional company. Got two windows. They were not properly measured. Customer service is bad and installation Manager (Shirley) starts shouting over the phone if you tell her about the faulty windows. Please, please avoid this company at every cost

• Avoid at all costs. Called for a repair under guarantee and was given complete run around and lied to by Administrator Gillian Louden. Impossible to speak to a manager and expected to wait FOURTEEN days for remedial work - this after waiting seven working days for initial inspection.

• Great job and time scale for work getting done. Only had to get guy out to seal and fix door a couple of times. Love the room we have now.

• Lochleven windows do not honour their guarantee ,apparently they have gone out of business and unless the the gaurantee they give you is underwritten by an insurance company it's worthless .
