• Extremely poor! Don't waste your precious time. I called the parts dept. and no one answered. So the lady on the switchboard took my number and promised parts dept. would call me back. Of course they NEVER called back. Every time I call this darn place the phone rings for minutes on end and, surprise surprise goes back to the switchboard. Amazingly the SAME thing happened at Chelmsford Toyota! AVOID! Much better service and lower prices are available elsewhere.
