• AVOID VICKY KEMP AT ALL COSTS. I can't stress this enough. Vicky Kemp is a terrible driving instructor and you would be wasting your money. It's shocking that the DVSA still allows her to teach. She is an ill-tempered bully who regularly loses control, shaking and screaming obscene personal insults at the learner. It’s disturbing to experience. I understand people have their issues, but this is completely unacceptable from someone who is supposed to be a professional teacher. I switched to a real driving instructor and it was a night and day experience.

• If I had the option to choose zero stars I would. How Vicki Kemp stays in business is unbelievable when dealing with her is such a horrible odious experience. The Regional Driving Assessment Centre (RDAC) who provide training for vulnerable and disabled people are obviously not aware of how she behaves.. she can’t control her temper and becomes both insulting and abusive. If you’re looking for driving lessons of any kind spend your money with someone who actually knows what they’re doing and has the people skills to behave professionally.

• This woman comes across as a loose cannon and emotionally unhinged - no control over her outbursts over minor issues and conducts herself like a completely immature imbecile. Lashing out at people is clearly something she is ok with - shows no respect at all for others. Puts herself across as a knowledgeable, professional person when she’s quite blatantly the opposite. Rude, abusive and amateurish. Intensely obnoxious woman - Vicky Kemp is one to be avoided
