• I will never ever send a parcel with the post office again! After them losing mine worth over £100 pounds. & all presents for children. The cashier gave me the wrong information for the price of postage, & forgot to tell me to put a return address on the parcel, so they found it, took out some perfume & got rid of the rest & said cant claim a penny! Be warned, use a courier.

• I went to post a parcel few minutes before the closing time and the cashier close the counter in my face telling me that they are closed. I will no recommend this branch at all. The service are very poor and helpless .They don't have manners at all. I am very disappointed!

• Very rude there, called up to ask a question about travel rates and they asked me to call one in bollington who said they were "busy" and then hung up. I then called back post office in Macclesfield and they said they were "Busy" and hung up to. As it goes for customer service they are about as useful as a dead cat.
