I Bought two cars from Macklin Motors In Hamilton two years ago. Had problems with my Kuga which I had a bit of trouble being repaired but eventually was repaired after several phone calls, however, have now had a problem with my Ford Focus in that the paint work is flaking and the car is not even three years old. Because I haven't had my vehicle serviced through Macklin Ford Dealership, they are refusing to repair the paintwork. Usual speal from Macklin when you go back to them for after sales enquiries/care. Don't go near these shylocks, promise the earth and don't deliver. Rating history and distribution
