• Lovely, friendly wee pub where I'm always made to feel welcome. If you want a piece of lanark history Maises is the place to be. The bar staff are just great, Chloe is just so pleasant and happy when serving customers.

• This is a horrible pub. The member of staff are rude to local punters. The managers of the pub / staff Liam Smith Is rude . Dirty . Unfriendly . And who has no time for visitor's that might not know of the area. And to top it all off even his friends might think that its ok to talk to anyone who walks through the pub. " like they don't matter / what ever way they like " this pub I wouldn't give even one star. For how bad the managers is to locals.
