• Please be aware of a stall in this arcade just off of the bridge upstairs. My ten year old daughter saw a dreamcatcher on this stall that she wanted to buy. The lady on the stall barked at my daughter very sarcastically and rudely 'can you read the sign.' My daughter had not noticed the sign that said not to touch. The lady then started shouting in my daughter's face 'it's there, it's there.' As you can imagine we did not buy the dreamcatcher and I got my daughter away from the lady as quickly as possible. My daughter was crying and very shaken up. If it was not for this particular stall the arcade would be lovely but this particular stall holder didn't promote any feel of friendliness at all. I complained to the management who hopefully will sort the matter. There is no excuse for rudeness and this lady ruined our shopping experience and quite frankly should have a sign over her stall that says 'NO CHILDREN.' If adults have no manners how can we expect our children to learn. I was disgusted.
