• Why on their website does it say that this salon is open at 9,00am yet I have lost count of the number of times I have rung after that time and do not get a reply? I've been trying today since 9.05 and it is now 9.35 and still, eventually the phone cuts off. Don't they want my business? I shall try elsewhere.

• To the contrary of above. Great place, very experienced and quality good. Big Salon and adequate ventilation. If they could not get shellac off your nails I would suggest you return to where you had it put on as it sounds like an inferior quality of CND Shellac! Probably cheap.

• What a shame! Because I think Manhattan nails are really good!! Jason and mo are lovely and do a brilliant job! Always have a laugh in there. It's nice to get your nails done and have a gossip! They are always busy and there's always gonna be one person who isn't going to be happy, I expect they are the sort who love complaining! My nails are looking brilliant for my night out tonight. I know that if I had a problem with them or one fell off they would sort it out for me straight away. Thanks Jason and Mo for your lovely service

• Went there today to have CND shellac removed and replaced. They had absolutely no idea. I was so unhappy with what they were doing that I left the salon before they completely destroyed my nails still with the remnants of shellac polish on my nails. If you value your nails don't go near this place. There was also little or no ventilation and the acrylic and acetone vapours were really overpowering.
