• Very verg rude member of staff called George who thought it was appropriate to go up to my 2 year old son and 4 year old nephew and ask them tk go sit down and behave when all they where doing was sat on the steps taking there coats of then for him to balanty lie about the about it the fact he went up to a 2 Year old and 4 year old to tell them of before speaking to me is out order child menu but far far from child friendly

• I regularly visit for an occasional pint with friends & family. Great atmosphere two separate areas one for quite drinks & home cooked bar meals, speciality Sunday dinners bookings recommend. The second bar has pool tables, sports screens and fantastic local bands on the weekends. I’ve been a regular for 32 years. The owners even sorted our wedding reception out at their other establishment in 1997 (Millers Yard Skinningrove). A brilliant local atmosphere 🍻

• Visited this hotel for an afternoon tea. This was served in a large mug with a tea bag in, boiling hot and only one tiny milk portion, my husband asked if we could have more milk (there were three of us) and we were given one more portion. we felt we were a nusiance there was no other customers in the lounge we were in and no conversation. The tea was so hot we got up and left without drinking it. If that is how customers are treated I'm not surprised the place was almost deserted.
