• Bought a VW Tiguan there which was overprices by £500. Bought the car under the condition it go for a new 12 month MOT! After a few days of driving third gear started to slip, power steering pump is making a noise and there is excesive blue smoke coming from exchaust! Have it on video and I have my written agreement on my 12 month MOT. Now we are in a fight they have the car dont want to refund me! Dont want to send it for a new 12 month MOT like we have on written agreement! Saying we can collect the car and sent it to someone to get a report on what the faults is on the car at our own cost and then they will take it further! Bad service is not the word!
