• Matt repaired our bathroom and left us with two leaks. Despite repeated promises to fix the leaks, he never turned up, and now, four months later is not taking my calls or answering my messages.

• Matt did a full bathroom replacement for us which went ok. It needed quite a few snags which he did take care of. I beleive it was his tiler Steve who did the majority of the work for this bathroom install. The issues really started to begin when we asked him to swap out our 150L immersion heater tank for a 15L unvented water heater. Matt installed this water heater without an expansion vessel or any form of pressure release. We only realised this when we had a massive water leak from one of the pipes which he installed going to the water heater and had to get another plumber out to cap the pipe (Matt was completely unresponsive and ended up blocking me and my wife when we tried to contact him to get him out to stop the leak). I highly recommend you do not use Matt. He installed the water heater incorrectly and left it in a dangerous condition. He also could not be relied upon in the event of an emergency. After threatening legal action, we did manager to get a refund for the water heater and labour.
