• The Dentists change quite often and one of the new ones I saw didn't keep her instruments clean not only did they look dirty they also appeared to have blood on them, she was always late coming into work in the mornings and after lunch, fillings she did usually came out within a few weeks and had to be redone. The receptionists and staff in general are not friendly and you are never told that your dentist is behind on the times of appointments. It is difficult to get through to reception on the phone and appointments are hard to get, on a recent visit a patient who came late for an appointment was given mine even though I had arrived early, when I complained I was not given any reason and was made to fell like I was in the wrong for asking why this had happened. The younger members of staff abuse their power treating their elders with contempt each visit is a chore and I deeply regret not moving to another dentist a long time ago, I thought I would stay on at mayo thinking that the change of ownership would improve matters but unfortunately it has not.
