• visited yesterday(27/08/20130 No Brochure for car I was interested in! {CX5}First rep has been waitinf over a month for them! and did know know servicing costs, even after phoning someone elsewhere!! Passed onto another 'rep' for attention asked both of them for their card at least five times " just a minute"!their reply, still waiting for them to give me theirs, they know more about me and I don't even know their last name except they are called "Lee" and "Liam. What a are they representing,?? Thwy had no vehicle of model I was interested in to show me!Just read their advert it is very misleading on thr 'net' it is very misleading!! . Asked several times for a trade in price for my car and repayment schedule, for balance, no joy! First rep got the price and details wrong of the car I wanted. Second rep suggested another make of car Hyndai?! for consideration and my visit was just to see the Mazda. Second rep wanted to take me for a test drive in the Hyundai without even asking me if I wanted for one! Some my details were repeated to second 'rep',no seamless transfer of info between the two reps of info!! All in all this visit was a complete waste of time and seriously lacked professionalism,it was a debacle from stsrt to finish! I will not be buying a Mazda ever,no confidence in them at all based upon these experiences.
