• My friend and I regularly visit mcdonalds Cumbernauld for coffee and always are greeted with friendly staff especially early morning however on a few occasions now when we have received our coffees they have either been half full or have a burnt taste very disappointing.

• iI came home late from my office to McDonalds Cumbernauld looking for an emergency burger, I approach just before closing and fully expected the staff to turn me away which they did...however...the manager at McDonalds cumbernauld branch named "Rory" advised me that there is always time for a burger and served me what i needed even though his staff could care less and wanted to go home...Rory served me with a smile...this was the best example of customer service i have experienced in a restaurant and the last place i expected this was at McDonalds Cumbernauld....hats off to you Rory.
