• The worst drive-thru ever. Waited ages at the machine to be acknowledged with a load of giggling and whispering between what sounded like a twelve year old boy and girl. When I finally got asked what my order was, I had to explain what a blueberry muffin was. I had to ask for everything I ordered three times before it came up on the screen. Paying at the next window was fine. At the last window, the coffees I got (I'd ordered and paid for lattes, but was given (the cheaper) coffees) started over an inch from the top of the cup. The mcmuffins were slapdash at best, all over the place. Is is really so difficult to place one item on top of another? I recommend you go to the next McDonald's in Enfield Business Park on the A10 - always friendly and never get an order wrong. And Bullsmoor Lane McDonald's - I'd recommend that you train your staff.
