• Wow ,cold food ,wrong order,attitude of woman who is site manager absolutely awful ,very very rude and abusive.WONT BE BACK.

• Went to this McDonalds for Breakfast this morning only to be left waiting for a record 20 mins and when U complain in this restaurant they will turn around and ask u not to shout at their staff because they are getting upset even though u weren't shouting only pointing out the fact that a MANAGER feels the need to top up Ice-cream cones at 8.30 in the morning and would go out her way to do any job possible so not to help her poor staff that are clearly run off their feet. Here is an Idea for this Manager (Brooklyn) serve the customer that are in the restaurant before worrying about customers that will be coming in hours later

• Staff not helpful manager too young, asked for bacon on a legend and was told no. I thought customers always right... Obviously not! They make their own rules

• Went here for breakfast 2 weeks age, waited in a que to be served then was told just go and sit down and we will bring the order over when it was ready,and today have received a PARKING TICKET £100 or £50 if I payed by 26th of December 2011 MANY THANKS MACDONALS. HAPPY XMAS. PLEASE BE AWARE WHEN QUEING AND WAITING YOU MAY JUST GET A TICKET FOR IT.
