• Pathetic!!! Waiting from 10:10 to get served, 7 people who came after me get served and when finally get someone on the speaker they can't serve breakfast! The whole staff are absolutely clueless and want sacking!!

• Sunday lunch time drive through. Waited 10 mins at ordering point. No apology for the wait. Bought 3 meals, asked for tommy k, told it was in the bag. 2 minute drive home, only 1 tomato sauce for 3 meals. Cold chips, cold big mac, cold mozzarella dipper, cold chicken nuggets. Phoned to complain about tomato sauce and cold chips. Eventually apology given for only 1 tomato sauce. Was told to call back for chips. Declined as I'm in a wheelchair, was then offered to get them replaced next time I'm there. Was not too impressed with tone of shift manager. Then found out it wasn't just the chips that were cold. Decided not to ring back as so not impressed with the overall service. This I must say isn't an isolated incident, with cold food. But an all time low in customer service from thinford macdonalds.

• visited mcdonalds thinford on a number of occasions ordered food to take out each time order was incomplete. So decided to eat in but alas things did not improve. Twice when ordering a double mac I was told there wasn't one ready but one would be brought to our table. On both occasions I had to return counter to chase up the order only to be told they had given it to someone else. No organisation, staff seem to run around like headless chickens no one seems to be in charge. Having spoken to friends and relatives they have experienced similar problems. Not good for business

• i was in thinford mcdonalds the other day i waited around 20 mins for a large big mac meal. when i got it the fries were cold and the burger was a mess and to top it off all the staff looked unhappy and very moody i didnt even get a smile from the girl who took my order
