• Had a meal there on Friday with my wife. The latest of many.The food is generaly good, but a bit overpriced. The service is hitty missy. The staff can be good or very bad. On Friday I ordered lamb cutlets, got lamb shank. They'ed ran out of cutlets. Didn't bother to consult me. The mash was lumpy, that was because it was mashed new pots. Fine, but say so on the menu. Recycled lunchtime spuds. From soup till end, less than an hour. Then we were told to leave because the table was booked! Coats on,go to pay and leave; would I mind paying in cash, eh!My rating is based on that night. The owner needs to pay a visit, staff are unsupervised.
