• Shocking treatment. I hired a large van in August 15. The steering was faulty but had no choice but to use it. Bought it back to the yard the next morning and due to race day traffic it was slightly low on fuel by about £8 They said they would take care of it and take the money off my card. They charged me £62.00 for the privilege. I've used this company for 20 plus years. Very unfair. Very rude. Down right theft.

• Excellent. We hired a swb transit van to do a house removal at the weekend. The people on the phone were really helpful, the price was really good and they returned the deposit within 3 days! Great service and great price. We will definitely use them again.

• I hired a vehicle which a damaged very slightly. Minster Self Drive took £750 insurance excess from me and told me they would refund the difference from the cost of repair. This was in December 2012 and since then they have not contacted me or replied to my correspondence. It's obvious they don't intend to refund me the difference between the cost of repair and the £750 excess taken from me. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY.
