• I run a small business and I had a major problem with my computer. Someone did a system restore but most of my data was lost. I contacted Mobile PC Doctor and they responded very quickly and came to look at the PC the next day. I was really impressed with the way that Shujaat explained everything clearly and listened to my requirements. It turned out that my computer was not appropriate for my needs and I hadn’t set it up properly. He advised me of the spec I should be looking for and checked the various options I sent to him. Meanwhile, he took my old machine to try and recover my data. When he realised that it was 14 years worth of client data he was determined to try and do all he could to recover it. I was impressed with his dedication – even after I had given up he kept looking for a way to recover it and eventually found one. He re-set my old PC and set up the new one properly. I would highly recommend Shujaat, both because of his skill and his fantastic customer service.
