• Thursday 28th -Saturday 30th July Had the absolutely privilege to stay here at montague house for my birthday. Debbie and Andy were so lovely and it genuinely felt as though we’d been friends with them for years. We had cocktails in the hot tub both evenings, all of which were made by our fabulous hosts who could not have been more helpful. They provided a large variety of breakfast options- of course we opted for the full English both mornings (NOM) which was utterly delicious. Friday morning was met with smiles all round and I was even lucky enough to be serenaded by Stevie wonder singing happy birthday. I chuckled to have seen Debbie in at-least 3 separate outfits by the time it was 9.30am, each one better suited to the task in hand whether it be hostess with the mostest, chef and then topped off in masseuse attire! After breakfast I enjoyed a fantastic full body massage which I can confidently say was the best massage that I have ever had and was the best start to a birthday that anybody could have. Having mentioned that it was my birthday on possibly 8,491 separate occasions this became a running joke with our hosts throughout our stay. Thank you so much Debbie and Andy for making us feel so welcome and comfortable in your presence and for the duration of our stay.
