• Did our first big shop here. Won't be going again. The seedless grapes have seeds in. Both packets of biscuits were full of broken biscuits. There was only one person serving on the fresh fish and meat counter. Will still go for petrol though.

• until today i had a high opinion of the staff at morrisons in bredbury, that was until they refused to sell alcohol to my 51 year old husband because..... he had our 15 year old daughter with him. yes i know it sounds incredible but it is true. '' you may be buying it to supply her with it'' is what he was told. would they have said the same if our 8 year old had been with him instead? so i would advise anyone to who wishes to shop there not to take any teenage children with them if they want to buy anything stronger than lemonade

• I visit this store every week and can't speak highly enough about how helpful and supportive the staff are. The management are always smiling and polite and have a hands on approach. The best shopping experience you can have in my opinion. Whatever you guys do on customer care you should package it and sell it !!!!
