• Not enough staff at checkouts and why is there ever only 1 member of staff at cigarette counter no matter what time of day, this counter is always busy particularly on lottery nights. I waited over 10 mins to be served. When lottery customers were being taken first. Every customer should be important to Management. The staff on the shop floor are excellent.
