• Hi, I would like to express my displeasure with the Mouselow Car Centre. I left a holding deposit over the telephone with my debit card on a motor vehicle and consequently did not proceed with the sale as the car had done more miles than was stated over the telephone and a mechanic was concerned over the exhaust. I consequently told Mouselow of this and requested my deposit be returned as i was told by a respectable garage that the deposit should not have been taken as this was distant selling over the telephone,as the card had not been seen or inspected. Despite the fact that the car is nolonger at the Mouselow Car Centre my deposit still has not been refunded. I find this very bad practice and i would not recommend the garage to anybody at all.
