• I could not agree more with the other reviewers. The level of customer care is awful. If you ring with a complaint about a repair, you just get told that "I'll pass it on to the landlord, bye". When the tumble dryer broke and could not be fixed, I asked for a replacement to be told "its a luxury item anyway". How many bad reviews will it take before they sort out their attitude? We were left with no heating on some of the coldest winter days. The heating was only fixed after I threatened court action. On moving out I was told that my deposit is being withheld because the toilets are allegedly "dirty"- despite having been cleaned. They are alleging that I burned the carpet, which was like that when I moved in. When I stated that I did not like being told I was being untruthful, they replied "it is your own fault then for not reporting it." Rather than sending someone in to clean again, they took pictures of the alleged dirt! I cleaned the whole house top to bottom on moving out. Moreover, I reinstated the garden, at much time and expense- which was a wilderness when I moved in. I replaced missing light bulbs and lampshades, and left them in the property, again, not acknowledged. The staff will not budge an inch to ever apologise or admit they are anything other than right, they are downright rude and make you feel more like a criminal than a tenant who has paid them on time for a year. I can only suggest that you avoid this business like the plague. Arrogant rude staff who do not care about their customers, just how much they can get out of you
