• Sorry but I really wouldn't recommend The Nail File. I went in for a shellac removal and new coat. The staff made me feel uncomfortable and like I was a massive inconvienance. They removed the old shellac using and electric file, which I have never experienced before (most salons soak shellac off) and not only hurt but took a few layers of my nails off to - leaving them thin, dry and brittle. My nails were then filed roughly (and in to squares when I asked for round nails but was told square looks better) and no care was given to my cuticles. The new coat of shellac was grainy and buppy. All in all I was really unhappy with my experience and won't be returning.
