Very rude and rough! cut two of my fingers and made my thumb bleed as thinned the nail down so much! Didn't even apologise at all! Very unimpressed with nails and they look rubbish compared to how I went in With them done. My nails are now very sore and very thin and can't do anything with them. Wouldn't recommend and not going to the shop again. This used to be an excellent nail bar full of vibrant, friendly and welcoming staff. It's now under new management and the manager is extremely rude, unwelcoming and ruins the relaxing experience this place used to offer. Shame as I've been cung here for five years when Lee herself was onsite and will now be going to the new nail bar on the high road! Rating history and distribution
