• Extremely rude, a lesson in customer service desperately required. Full set of acrylic nails left nails throbbing and very tender had to have them removed.

• very rude people.. rude to me because of my disability, I can't help the way my hand are I just wanted to feel normal they made a scene i was so embarrassed, lucky my aunt was there!not coming back!

• completely rude. didn't have time to paint all my nails. 4 acrylic nails fell off within 5 days, was told to shut up. refused to paint my daughters nails after waiting an hour. my 6 year old left the shop crying as worker wanted a full paying customer instead of a nail paint, after doing an appalling job also tried to make me pay.
