Renting for almost a year and I have only complaints at their address.
Raining in the flat while they was changing the roof, a window glass broken for more than a year , main door broken.
Their system of booking repairs is useful and their engineers/contractors are not professional at all and unserious. They cancelled my job so many times is the last minute , especially when I booked off from work to be at the property, they don’t work on weekends.
I live with a small child too and this is so stressful for me and so upsetting living in this conditions .
Definitely I wouldn’t recommend to anyone My daughter (intl uni student) moved into a Nessfield property on 21st Sept. It has been a nightmare. Nessfield did not communicate holiday closures; provided no local coverage for holidays; no walk-through and checklist upon move-in: the KEYS didn't even work; furnished flat had no furniture (and newly delivered items fall short of expectation for "furnished" — no nightstand or dresser, sofa delivery has been delayed); had not been cleaned; multiple other issues. This "student-friendly" letting has been anything but friendly and Nessfield has been largely non-responsive. The only thing they've done promptly is take our rent money.Rating history and distribution
