• A very unpleasant and difficult experience when trying to return a clearly defective jacket. Although, the jacket was finally exchanged for a new one, the manager of the shop was unhelpful. As much as I was happy to support a new shop in Inverurie, I will not be returning there.

• The manager was rude and, although I have been a hillwalker and outdoors lover since the 1960s, condescended and spoke to me as though I had no experience and he knew everything. Good customer sevice instore is imperative when goods can usually be found cheaper online. It was no surprise I was the only customer in the shop.
