• What a great night me & my wife had. There was no food available as we were late but we ordered an indian takeaway ,which one of the locals picked up for us & ate it there chatting away with the new girl- Carla ,the chef & another person who was an Actor. We loved the haunted atmosphere & hope all goes well for you

• Hi all+welcome to the new inn,pwllmeyric,chepstow.as u may all know by now this beautiful building+buisness has recently been taken over by myself+staff.our staff r new,v friendly+r there to serve u for all ur needs.we also have new kitchen staff+have been working hard on setting up a new menu with plenty of new dishes+plenty of new specials.we know offer u a curry nite every tuesday,steak nite every thursday+the sunday service is now extended to 7pm.in the bar area we offer u free pool every monday,poker on wednesdays,quizes on thursdays+entertainment frequently on saturdays.there is also a reduced price of all draught products between 3-6pm daily of only 2.80 each pint.we also have a function room available for free hire!!myself+staff hope to see u all in the near future...both old+new customers.thanku for taking ur time to read this.xx

• Went to this pub for lunch last Friday (5th April 2013)Real Ale was excellent, we ordered our food & I had Surf & Turf my wife had a chicken sweet chilli with noodles. It was really tasty would recommend.

• we too were very dissapointed. it was easier to ask what was available to eat on our monday lunch visit! we now know why the place is so empty. our meals were dumped on the table with a mutter by a dirty clothed girl and we were left sat their and un noticed on our departure! lovely building and clean inside thats the only posative i wish to add.

• My wife and I were tempted Inn by the inviting exterior and pleasant licensee only to be disappointed by the dining experience. 'Sorry we don't have any Red Wine and we're limited on White because our delivery's a week late'!! Then, to add insult to injury, there was no mash for the bangers and mash and no prawns for the Surf and Turf so Scampi was provided as an alternative. Pleasant yes, but oh so inefficient...shame really, this could be a great business!
