• Very unprofessional sales team! I acknowledge that this time of year all shops will be busy, but that is no excuse to be rude to the customers just because you had to come into work for which you are being paid. The girl who served me was so rude she threw my clothes into the smallest bag possible creasing all the clothes which I had just bought. Rather than being polite she was interrogating why I had item which were of different sizes…. How is that any of her concern? Because I had bought quite a few items on that day she was more concerned about enforcing the refund policy assuming I am going to bring back everything I had just bought. She made me feel very uncomfortable as her and two other members of staff working starting talking about me even before I had left! New look need to stop wasting time promoting their store but rather invest money in basic customer service training for their staff at the Leicester store.
