• UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT. NEW SUMMER PALACE Haven't been there for long time. But I would say their service has improved a lot compare to my last owner. Seems like they got some new waitresses?! This girl who served us recommend the new chef special 'mustard spare ribs', it's absolutely tasty, we haven't tried spare ribs made in this way anywhere and this would defiantly goes onto our regular visit list. The ribs are the MUST TRY if you like mustard or Japanese Teryaki. Although it is quiet on a Thursday night, but we didn't feel uncomfortable, we rather enjoyed the meal and friendly service by the staff and lovely new owner called Jay.
