• The owner Tom is an absolute plonker, has a stinking attitude towards disabled people and many customers have given Awful reviews regarding his attitude. I'm in the process of taking legal action against him for discriminating against customers and causing embarrassment in front of other customers. AVOID THIS PUB LIKE THE PLAGUE.

• I visited the pub on saturday night, i sat down at a table and noticed straight away that the fireexit kept blowing open and banging, it was also freezing in there. I ordered a original magners from the bar in which the owner told me there was none. I then walked past the bar and seen a massive display of original magners for a cider festival. I ordered a steak medium, while waiting for my meal a cat strolled into the restuarant and the manager just picked it up. I thought this was disgusting and very unhygenic. Also the other owner was screaming and shouting with a bunch of underage teenagers, doing horse racing night. They was really rowdy and was sat in the restuarant, instead of the bar. Our meals came out and the steak was extremely well done. So i waited for someone to come over and ask me if everything was okay... no-one came. The manager saw i wasnt eating my meal and just kept walking past. So when they finally came to collect the plates i told the young waitress that the steak was well done when i asked for it to be medium. She didn't even say sorry, she said i'll see what they say. She went into the kitchen and came back and asked if we wanted a free dessert. I obiviously didn't want a free dessert as i hadn't even ate my food. I told the waitress i wanted a refund and to talk to the manager. The manager then went out for a fag first then about 15minutes later finally came other to us. H said "i heard there's a problem with the steak" in which i replied yes, i asked for it medium, but it's well done". He told me that the steak is medium as he's just checked it, and there was nothing he could do as i didn't except another steak. I was never offered another steak i was only offered a free dessert. He then said well i'm not giving you all your money back because you've eat some of the chips. I thought this was extremely rude, and he was very arrogant. He then came back and chucked £5.00 note onto the table and said thats the best i can do and walked off. I've never recieved such poor service in a resturant ever in my life. I shall be telling all my friends and family about this terrible disgusting service i have recieved and his arrogant attitude and no attempt at putting it right
