• Over charged for parts. Badly fitted brake pads (!!), fitted suspect brake parts without giving choice, promised a refund for over charging which never appeared and failed to fix a slow puncture after 3 attempts when another garage did it first go. Never again

• These people scratched my car when washing it. They also did not wash the car properly leaving unlearned patches all over the car. When I complained they said they could not have scratched my car as they only wash cars in a straight line and the scratches that were on my car were in a circular motion. They told me it must have been a cat. So I pointed to the unclean patches where you could clearly see the car had been sponged in a circular motion. The rude staff the agreed to clean my car again and to wax out the scratches. I have now realised that my car fan has also stopped working sense the service so now I have to take it there a 3rd time! Avoid these people at all costs.
